Terms and Conditions

General

Pre-order - We are predominantly doing our business on pre-order base. The lead time is around 4 to 6 weeks subject to the shipping arrangement.

In-Stock – We also doing “in-sock” sales from time to time.

 

Validity

By ordering our product you accept these terms and conditions.

 

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing is fix, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

 

Order Format

Please fill out the order form and email to me when you complete it, just email to request the order form please.

 

Acknowledgement of Order

Once we receive your order, we will acknowledge and confirm your order by returning your email within next 48 hours.

 

Payment

We will only process your order after you make the full payment. Payment has to be made within 3 days from date of receiving our returning email.

 

Shipping & Postage charge

The detail is shown as below :

For Peninsular Malaysia, we are using skynet  courier service.

It normally takes 1 to 2 days to reach you.

 

ForSabah & Sarawak , we are suing e-parcel provided by post office.

We charge the postage at actual cost.

It normally takes 10 to 14 days to reach you.

 

Suzy will not be liable for any loss of goods in transit

Arrival time of Delivery time is estimated only. Suzy will not be responsible for any late deliveries.

 

Returns

Returns only can be accepted due to manufactured faulty of our product or item wrongly placed. All returns should be sent to the following address with a brief Explanation.

 

Refund

Refunds will only be given for manufactured FAULTY product and/or out of stock.

Please note that actual items might differ from the images provided due to different computer's resolution. However images provided will be as close as possible to the actual item.
